Trusted answers, and the apps that finish the work.
knowledgeXpert answers from your own specs, codes and records, cited to the source. Then the apps turn those answers into the finished report, quote or spec check. Both halves, on one governed platform.
knowledgeXpertSpecific numbers, not slogans.
From an active pipeline-integrity pilot to the Vista Engineering result, measured on real documents.
Eight tools, one governed core.
Every tool runs on the same approved sources and the same citations, so an answer is consistent wherever you ask it.
knowledgeBases
Upload and govern the sources the platform is allowed to answer from, your catalogs, SOPs, manuals and records, role-scoped.
Explore knowledgeBases →Chat
Ask plain questions across your own documents, scoped to trusted sources. When something is not in your records, it says so.
Explore Chat →Agentic Apps
Automate multi-step work into finished, cited deliverables, a dig package, a quote, a cross-reference report.
Explore Agentic Apps →tutorXpert
A cited tutor over your own corpus, so new and cross-trained people ramp on your standards without pulling seniors off the line.
Explore tutorXpert →Marketplace
Cited public knowledge pre-loaded for oil & gas, and the place to publish and monetize your own documents and apps.
Explore Marketplace →Enterprise
Role-based access, governed scopes, SSO, users and billing, enterprise control in one place.
Explore Enterprise →The Hub
One launcher for every governed tool, all running on the same cited knowledge and the same role-based governance.
Explore The Hub →viewXpert
Every answer names the source line behind it, so it can be checked against the record, no black box.
Explore viewXpert →All eight sit behind one launcher, the Hub, under the same role-based governance.
The answers exist. Nothing connects them.
Your team knows the work. It is scattered across specs, drawings and inboxes on every asset, and in the heads of people heading for retirement.
The experienced people are retiring, and taking it with them.
Decades of judgment about which code controls and why never made it into a document. When they walk out, it walks with them.
Every RFQ means hunting specs and codes.
Quoting a line item means cross-checking the call-out against the controlling code, the right product and your own standards, by hand, across PDFs no one can find fast.
API 571 lists about 70 damage mechanisms.
Which one applies, and which code is controlling, depends on your jurisdiction and your service. A wrong call has safety and liability consequences.
Dedicated apps that do the work.
knowledgeXpert ships as focused apps built on your documents, each one produces a cited answer or a finished deliverable. Search acceleration saves minutes; workflow automation saves hours.
Spec & Code Cross-Reference
Drop in a line call-out, an RFQ or a damage mechanism. Get the controlling code, the matching product or spec, and the citation, checked against your own standards, not a generic web index.
- A 20-minute spec comparison done in one pass.
- Every match cited to the exact clause and page.
- Cross-checks the governing code against your internal procedures.
Integrity Record Q&A
Ask plain questions across ILI runs, dig reports, MOCs and inspection histories. Cited answers in seconds.
Audit Evidence Builder
Assemble the records, procedures and citations an inspector asks for into one defensible package.
Standards & Damage-Mechanism Lookup
Narrow about 70 API 571 mechanisms to what applies in your service and jurisdiction, with the controlling code cited.
Retiring-Expert Capture
Turn manuals, redlines and procedures into shared knowledge your whole team can query, before it walks out the door.
ILI Expert & Dig Expert
Purpose-built pipeline-integrity apps that take an asset or a run and return a cited result your team can hand over.
RFQ Cross-Reference
Match a customer’s line call-outs to the right product, spec and price, each traced to the page it came from.
Your documents in. One trusted core out.
No model training on your data, no generic web index, it reads what you give it, connects it, and cites every answer back to the source.
Upload your documents
Specs, codes, integrity reports, SOPs, manuals, drawings. PDFs, spreadsheets, the lot, into your own tenant.
Configure governance
Set who sees what, lock answers to approved sources, and decide where it runs, cloud tenant or air-gapped on your own hardware.
Deploy to your team
Engineers and reps ask plain questions and get cited answers, every one linked to the exact page it came from.
Governed, not generic.
A wrong API 510 call has safety and liability consequences. So every answer is traceable, and your data stays yours.
Cited to the clause
viewXpert shows the source document behind an answer, so an engineer can check it against the record. No black box.
How citation works →Your tenant, your documents
SOC 2 Type II and ISO 27001. Your documents stay in your tenant, no training on your data, no leakage to a shared model.
Read the security detail →Runs air-gapped
Deploy on your own hardware, fully offline. Records never leave the building, built for operators who cannot send documents to the cloud.
Deployment options →What a pilot involves: we set it up live on a slice of your own documents, you ask the questions your team actually asks, and you see the citations before anyone signs anything.
Straight answers.
Is this just another chat interface?
No, and it is worth being precise about why. Chat is one of seven surfaces here and the least interesting of them. What the platform is for is a set of documents you approved, answers that name the page they came from, workflows that run several steps and end in a finished cited deliverable, and a record of who asked what. A chat box with none of that underneath it is a different product. If the question behind this one is how it compares with ChatGPT or Copilot, the side-by-side is on the ChatGPT and Copilot alternative page.
How fast can we deploy?
Most teams go from first document load to a live, queryable knowledge base in under 30 days. A scoped pilot on a slice of your documents can be running in days.
Does our data stay private?
Yes. Your documents stay in your own tenant, and we do not train models on your data. For operators who cannot send records off-site, knowledgeXpert runs air-gapped on your own hardware, records never leave the building. SOC 2 Type II and ISO 27001.
What does it cost?
We are updating our pricing and will publish the new structure shortly. Book a walkthrough and we will give you current pricing directly, scoped to your deployment model (cloud tenant vs. air-gapped on-prem) and team size.
One request, end to end
An Agentic App fans a single uploaded file out into parallel analyses, converges them into a combined summary, then produces the finished deliverable, every step cited.

We’ll set it up live on a slice of your own specs, codes and records, and you’ll see the citations before anyone signs anything.
